@HenryBug: thank you! basically, I tied one end of the string to the lobster claw clip, started putting the beads on, then as I put the beads on w/ a crochet needle, I just kinda made a hole through the head of the ducks and strung them on the chain! then I tied off the other end of the pant chain to another lobster claw clip ^-^ hope this helps!
