Dress, semialmostkindacomplete with underskirt A

Description	You can see the start of the fringe in this picture, I am going to make it a line. <3 It comes close to the ground at the longest, and the shortest strand should be about 5 or so. I may also add a ruffle. It also still needs straps. General disclaimer: If something looks original, it probably is.
