Would anyone else like to speculate on this kandi gas mask? I want to make one!

An attempt to reverse engineer it: The mask seems to be made out of three or four stitches, excluding the 3d elements (canisters, lighted mouthpiece etc). These pieces would be joined at the edges to form a voluminous mouthchamber. A 3d kandi cuff technique could be used to apply the canisters so that they appear elevated off the mask.

The centerline is made by a vertical stitch of beads from the bridge of the nose to the tip of the chin. For those of you who have made kandi bikinis, I envision it being similar as the center stitch used to start off each cup. The edges of the center stitch must be connected to the edges of other stitches to give it shape. From Halodiablo's examples, additional (lighted) stitches can be added on top of the vertical to give more rigidity and style, such as a rectangle over the nose or a triangle at the base in this one. The cheek stitches look like they are basically right triangles, but to accommodate the face, beads have been removed from the corners and straps have been added. I can't say much on the dimensions, but you can get an idea where to truncate the triangle and where to add the Y-straps by looking at the pictures and measuring (guessing about)your face. You can actually count the beads columns from this picture: 4,4,5,5, etc.

Attaching these together would resemble a ninja's mask. To this, you would add the canisters. The canister look like the familiar bracelet multi-stitch. To attach this to the cheek stitch and still appear elevated from the surface, I picture using a series of arches as one would use for a 3d kandi bracelet. Arranging the arches in such a way that their peaks form a ring would give you a handle to attach each of the arches to the internal surface of the canister. The center of the canister looks like a great place to apply some style. I think some great stuff could be done here with fuse beads, but this one is really up the creator. I can't think of an efficient way to “fill” the canister with a pony bead stitch, but it may be worth you time to think of something unique and fun because if this guide is right, there will be a lot more of them.

I know, its been stalled for a few months. But if I find a ride to shipwreck beads Snap Ivy is giving me the money to get more beads xD so hopefully it'll be bigger soon ^^ It's still for her. I think my rave kid made me a skirt a while ago and is finally coming back to wa for ybr so I should get a skirt of my own then x3
