leslie, check out the yellow box below the pattern that says "Do you want to learn how to make this? Do you not understand how to follow patterns?
Here are tutorials to help" if you know how to make cuffs already you probably just need to read the how to read kandi patterns tutorial or watch the video at the top of that page.
