@Kat: although this is my pattern, it has been about 13 years since I last made a kandi cuff, so I am very rusty, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. Someone else might correct me. From what I can remember based on how I used to make them, yes you always need to pull through two beads at the end of a row. It is quite normal for the cuff/beads to appear slanted when you are in the first 5 rows or so. It can mean that the string isn't pulled tight enough. If the beads are genuinely misaligned, meaning the pattern isn't lining up correctly, then that normally means you have started a row on a wrong bead. As you work your way up the pattern, you have to change which bead you start at.

So this is my first time making any kind of ponytail beads bracelet. I was following the "rules" shown in the hello Kitty tutorial on how to make cuffs by ending each row by going through 2 beads before adding the bead to start the next row. However, I just finished row 4, and it seems that my clouds and start of the rainbow are offset( leaning towards the right). Am I not supposed to end each row going through 2 beads? Please advise. Thanks!

beadunicorn13, yes it's 30. If you need 26, use this 28 wide pattern instead: http://kandipatterns.com/patterns/animals/unicorn-for-tiny-hands-and-wrists and remove the last two columns on the right.

it's because a lot of the patterns on here are big - 34-36+ around - so this is small in comparison... and people often search for patterns for "small wrists" so this helps them find the ones that are smaller happy even though you're right, 30 is not that small
