Ok, so zines are particularly used to spread information. The first zines came out of the RIOT GRRRL movement. This means alot of zines you'll see today are very feminist and progressive. Some other zines can be about literally anything you find interesting. Music, art, f** even kandi can be on zines!!!! anything you find interesting. You have a bf, right? ZINE ABOUT HIM! you like the dsmp right? (I don't recommend doing this cuz their problematic af but I'm not gonna argue with u and u can just enjoy whatever u want as long as ur not giving them lots and lots of money lol) ZINE ABOUT THEM. A dog you saw on the street? ZINE ABOUT IT. literally anything you are interested in! one time I made one literally about badly drawn album covers lol
