does anybody here struggle with skin picking? I genuinely need advice.

there is a thing like a rock where it has holes w paint inside and you can pick the paint out w a tooth pick,it might be on amazon

I do that a lot with my cuticles. I hate it so much cuz it makes my hands look rough and dry. Maybe a fidget toy would help? like a small portable one so whenever you start the habit you can redirect it to the fidget instead.
