oh gosh yeah,,, i use a typing quirk myself sometimes (although it's very simple, teh=the and z=s at the end of certain words, idk if i should translate since its so simple?) anyhow... i'll sometimes see ppl who are like, for example...

and then when asked to translate, they'll make up some crap excuse like "oh i can't!!! sorry!!!" like, how hard is it to just rewrite your sentence in NORMAL LETTERS? come on, man.

i don't have anything diagnosed, but even sometimes I can't read typing quirks sometimes..

you know the saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it"? well, i think in this case it should be "if you're not willing to translate a typing quirk, don't use it." simple as that.

tl;dr: disabled people exist and also use the internet and shouldn't have to put up with your "uwu Qv11rky!!1!1!11!1" typing quirk
