hi! i'm new here and i don't know how to make kandi much but it's fun to do! and i want to do it more.

i am also part of a system and wondered if there are any other systems that i can get to know and relate with hehe~

heyyy - i have a question!

so is there a way/a name for an altar permanently/majorly fronting???

Ive been trying to figure out if im a system but i really only get memory blanks for like 20 - 30 minutes when im kinda chill after being really stressed and the only memories from my childhood i remember its like remembering a dream

@tea: thanks those were just my pronouns tho, Aradia goes by she/decays/rots, Nepeta goes by it/its and all catgender pronouns, Kira goes by she/honk/jester/clown, and Lilac uses she/her. and there's 5 of us including me, none of us knew Lilac was there until she spoke to us a few hours ago

i did a quick search on what they are and it seems i probably dont? (or dont know of any) since they all seem to have their own specific identities.

@tea: Here is a safe website that explains what introjects are https://introjecteducation.carrd.co/ , maybe it will help explain more on how to know if you have any? But mainly you just know, like with other things (like gender, age, etc.) with alters!

And Im proud of you guys for recently figuring that out! Its very hard to figure out you’re a system, and you guys did it! It is very confusing and hard, like you said. If you guys ever need help or emotional support, feel free to send us a message, we would love to help!

We figured out we were a system in February of this year, but we only really started figuring everything out and working on system problems and stuff around May of this year! And yeah, we have lots of introjects!

@Chewerz: ^^ there's currently 5 of us that i know of, including me. though i feel there may be more that i am not aware of.

to be honest i don't think so? how would you know? i first learned of others back in june of this year. it's definetly really confusing and hard and lonely. my psychiatrist who ive seen twice now, as of today, says theyre a coping mechanism from childhood trauma. im not diagnosed with anything currently, relating to our plurality, but he tells me to journal when they front to keep an eye on them. he hopes i wont get DID amnesia in the future and hopes theyll lessen over time if im less stressed.

what about you? when did you find out? do you have any introjects?
