ppl with tourettes pls read this! ( mentions of tics)

so pretty much ever since i was i think 4 i have been diagnosed with uncontrollable short movement disorder (usmd) which is a case name she made and is doing studies on it. but now i start to hit things and people, scream words, cry, clutch things or peoples clothes, or just say words. it isnt just twitches or shaking my head anymore so im starting to think i may have a bigger tic disorder or maybe even tourettes? i can supress them but it makes me very tired :[ can someone who had been diagnosed with tourettes tell me more? thnak u
