What do you do with Kandi you got from people you're not friends with anymore?

I'm not talking about bracelets you randomly get from people at raves. I mean Kandi you get from people who you were friends with but later something happened and you aren't friends anymore. Do you keep the pieces they made you or do you get rid of them somehow?

Well if you watch on of ginger-cande's videos what she did is she broke the bead's and the other stuff she got from the person so you can destroy that piece of kandi you got or keep it for memories or you can trade it.

I would keep it. You might have gotten in a fight but if they were your friend then keep it as memories for the good times you did have. But if you really just want to get it out of your sight just trade it. Time was put into it, no need to just destroy that effort. And that one other option is throw it back at them?

I would probably just trade it away.

Slightly different, but I actually have the single that my ex made me when I taught him how to make kandi. I was good friends with him before we dated.. I almost threw it away because its a reminder of him, and I try not to think about him because we never speak anymore. But I keep it and actually wear it most of the time because we did have good times together before things went downhill. It's a reminder that I'm still a strong person. And it reminds me that I moved on. Corny or mushy sounding, but it's true. Hello Kitty Bear

I think it depends...if the kandi brings back good memories of when you were friends i would keep it but if it's a constant reminder of bad memories i would toss it because it dosen't make sense to keep something thats makes you mad/sad

I stop wearing it and I might put it in a place by itself. If you feel really strongly about it you may want to cut it up but I would only do this if you are done with the relationship for good. You need to be level headed and not emotional. I've seen lots of people cut up kandi and regret it later.

I try to keep them for the good memories associated with the past. I've never considered anything worth destroying the love and effort put into it. At the time it was given after all a lot of attention usually went into the piece so destroying it seems to belittle the good times as not being worth the effort of any relationship, friendship or Whatever. Karma associated with it should not be negative when it was built with love. Put it away a while and see if you still feel the same about the memory next time it comes up?
