Recently I've been fixated on Andy Bangs from We Bare Bears!! Not even a fan of WBB but i love this little guy SO much.
also:
All the tiny cute mythical/legendary Pokemon. Mew, Victini, Jirachi, Celebi, etc
Benson from Regular Show (mainly from the older eps..)
pretty much every Kirby character (especially Meta Knight, Magolor, Marx, and Kirby himself)
and the characters from Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro and Ponyo ^_^
