Fuse Bead Paper?

SycoSquirl 7/1/2012 11:08 am 2337

Has anyone else had problems with the fuse bead paper sticking so badly to the beads that you cant get it off? I don't know how to fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get the wal-mart "melty beads" brand or the actual perler beads brand? Cause the wal-mart brand I had that same problem, so I switched to the perler bead brand.

I go to the grocery store and bought this special cooking paper called "parchment paper" that is made to go over cookie sheets and stuff. It withstands heavy heat and is nonstick. If the beads do stick too the paper, wait for them to cool for a min or two, then remove them. I had the same problem, thats why i switched to this stuff

You have to let the whole thing cool off! It's also good to kind of spray it a bit with water but very very very lightly!

Cookie paper works great, my main advice is not to over melt the beads.
