luckily i got to see it! i didnt get it at its peak bc i was in school :/ but, my mom got me special glasses and gave them to me when she picked me up and let me look at the sun >:3 my sister said the sun looked like a banana lmao

i diddd! it was cool, tho it didnt go completely dark where i am, i got to see what it looked like if it did go completely dark bcuz of my teacher building a house where it does! it was practically night, the cameras entered night vision

I got to see it! Me and my family sat in our backyard, and my neighbour went partially blind! (she was rude lol)

it was only partial in my area. My stupid school kept us inside the whole day and even cancelled track practice. And the thing is, track practice was supposed to happen 2 hours after it ended. Also, so many people convinced their parents to pull them out of school to go see it. During math cl***, there was this one girl that said she was allergic to the solar eclipse???? Like, I know it was a joke but-???? Also, this girl next to me kept saying her inner alpha was going to come out when the eclipse happened. shock I was so scared.
