So, it may be odd to be on this site as I've never atteneded a rave, I live in England and you have to be 18+ or 16+, I do want to go to a rave and I make things out of beads, usually for others and people say if you don't rave it isn't kandi? but other people have said if you understand the rave scene its okay to have a bit of kandi? So I was wondering on your opinions? 21.gif

It doesnt matter to me. As long as you are being true to yourself and not putting on a front. I myself dont rave cuz I'm not old enough, but kandi helps me express myself. It brings my imaginton and creativity to life. I dont think it matters if you go to raves or not, it only matters if you are using your creativity to your advantage ady to show who you on th inside on the outside.

Well as far as non-ravers WEARING kandi, you don't know where they got it. My boyfriend's younger sister just started high school this year, and she went to some kind of orientation kind of thing for the school and met a girl there that really liked her, and she happened to be a kandi kid, she gave her a necklace and now she wears it all the time. I've even considered making her kandi before since she's so nice to me. Even if she started making it herself, since she's also quite into crafts, I wouldn't see anything wrong with it. If a kandi kid has given kandi to a non raver, I don't see why they shouldn't be able wear it~

13+ years raving and making kandi and ill just say this, kandi is rave culture end of story (not being mean or anything) but i say this cause u cant truly understand the mean and power of it till u have been to a few raves, experienced the culture, become part of a rave family. thats when it truly clicks and the world becomes open to u ^.^
