I'm 15 and not old enough to rave, can I still make kandi?

Let me go a little more into detail. I just found out about kandi and what a rave really is pretty recently, and I'm totally into it, but because of my age I can't do any of that rave stuff yet. But I do want to make kandi, and I know that isn't really a problem with some or most people, but I would still want to trade and do the "handshake" with it as well. ;-; I just don't want to upset anybody. Would that be alright? to trade and everything?

Yep. There are lots of kandi kids who trade kandi but don't rave. Just don't call yourself a raver yet.

I don't think anyone is too young or old to rave you just have to go to raves that are all ages which we do have a few in my home town. I know a few people who are kandi kids that don't rave and again I don't think age has anything to do with it. Its a passion that you share :3

You can make Kandi for everyday wear, too. It's a craft. No one is too young or too old for it. It's not just for raves. You can make bits for cosplay for conventions, too. If that is something you're into. happy

I'm with you, I'm 16 and I can't wait till I'm old enough to go to raves. I still make kandi and trade with my friends, and even my ballet teacher is a raver & trades kandi with me sometimes (Is that weird? hahaha) but anyway; as long as the piece has some kind of memory to it, it's kandi :3

I'm a 14 year old kandi kid and I'm not old enough to rave, but many ravers i've known say that you don't have to be a raver to call it kandi. Kandi is about spreading P.L.U.R.R and positive vibes. And I firmly believe that as well! Remember, You can call yourself a kandi kid, but don't call yourself a raver (yet...) ;D

I am 16, I do go to raves and make kandi. I had been making kandi for 2 years before I went to a rave. Personally, I think it should be okay to make kandi, as long as you know what a rave is, the meaning of kandi, etc. However, there are quite a few people who think kandi should be strictly for ravers. To be completely and totally honest with you. I'm in your exact same furry boots and love let me tell, all my raver friends, the ones old enough to go to the parties and raves, trade with me dude to me 'wicked skill' and 'begiiners luck'. There ain't nothing wrong with it and I can't see why you can't do it. So paws up, lock hands and trade away! (P.S: there are raves for our again, right the right one and you'll finally feel 'offical')

Of course you can! I started making kandi when I was 14 yrs. old. Even though there was a rule about how you had to go to a rave before making kandi. But both Kandi Kids and Kandi Ravers agree that you don't have to rave before making kandi. You can just make it. happy You can research about the rave culture more if you want to. I know I enjoyed doing that.

i started when i was 8 so i don't think there is age restriction on who can make kandi its just who can be at a rave but there is many sides to a dice just like there is to a community happy
