so i was watching toh in class (which if you don't know it's a very good show w/ lgbt representation) and one of "the boys" comes up to me and heres the convo:

him: "the owl house??"

me: "...yeah..? you watch that show??"

him: "yeah man i aint even gonna lie i watch bluey too"

me: "i-...i thought you were homophobic-"

him: "nah man. bro when they got together i was like this finna be interesting."

that's so cool!! i have a few small little ones

two of "the boys" came up in class once to compliment my art

my best friend's friend's boyfriend defended me once when kids where talking about me, i have talked to him only once or twice ever

a girl on my bus complimented me, asked and used my right pronouns, and defended me/emos in general when kids were being mean, i don't talk to her anymore though, we kinda drifted apart

our school is in the middle of a place that has like, residencies and shit so there's always randos who aren't part of the school outside of the school. it's like, imagine a school in a mall, but the mall is basically just offices and cheap apartments. it's also an art school, and being in the visual art program sometimes i have to haul half finished drawings and paintings around the mall area. there's a lot of weird people who will come up to you when you're like, just waiting the bus or something, so when these guys started whispering to each other and pointing to me i thought they were being weird, but then one of them came up to me, pointed to this drawing i was working on in white charcoal, and went, "wow, you really drew that?" and i said, "yeah", and he turned to the other guy and went "they drew that! with like, chalk or something" and the other one said something like "yeah there's an art school in here! these kids really are amazing"

i was rlly stressed over the drawing cuz it was a final but honestly that exchange made the whole process easier

This happens quite a lot, but this kid in my English class keeps bullying me for being trans, and whenever he does it, the whole class starts yelling at him.

i kind of hate p.e. so when the most popular kid in the class started hanging out with me and stuff i was shocked. he usually is with the loud kids playing basketball, but whenever he's near me he tries to talk to me and encourage me since i'm bad at sports. it's become a thing where he just kind of gives me advice and makes sure i'm okay in the class, at first i thought he was homophobic like most of the athletes in my school, but he gives me advice on that the most and tries to see how me and my s/o are doing. it's actually really nice and i honestly think he's pretty cool now.

ok so theres this stall in our school that every body cries in. like, well-known to be the "cry stall".

i personally use it bc its the only stall thats clean but when you go in there, theres writing from all the girls in sharpie saying how happy they are now that they got it out or stuff like "theres no need to cry, your so pretty!" or overall positivity. i've left a few notes here and there even tho ive never cired lol. theres also a flier by the counsler for the suicide hotline!

sadly, all the writing gets erased by the janitor but it always eventually gets filled back up!

a couple of days ago i gave one of my classmates three sanrio inspired singles! she loves the color pink and when i gave them to her she was super happy:]

she said something along the lines of “this is so cool, you’re so talented” and i told her she could have them, which made her even happier! we barely talk but it was really fun seeing someone that happy

it was a friends idea to make the bracelets and i don’t know the characters names since i don’t know much about sanrio, but my classmate said some names like “my melody” and “kuromi”? and then the third one was a hello kitty bracelet:

in 6th grade there was a dance and there was this disabled kid in a wheelchair there and everyone made a circle around him and started cheering him on when he was 'dancing' (his aid was moving the chair yk)
