I’ll be going to buy books to read over summer sometime soon hopefully

I’ll accept any recommendations but keep it appropriate and maybe not in the horror genre and books with representation are cool!!

Not exactly a "book" persay but light reading

The Joker War comic arc is so so good, really interesting and easy on newer comic readers. There's only 1 new character so not much background batman info is needed

magic misfits!! it is a kids book but ngbjjg i hardly read books bc brain thinks theyre boring but i actually read the entire series so uh i approve

also wings of fire bc bhgjj D R AG ON S (i have not read through even the first book yet but it has dragons and dragons are cool)

@harperisnotinterested: yess! im currently reading ‘Kids Of Appetite’ by david arnold and you mentioned some other books i was looking into great minds think alike!!!

paper towns by John Green (it does contain some slurs/outdated language since it was published in 2008), its a rlly good adventure/mystery book + bonus points cause John Green

my top queer book recs:

rise to the sun and you should see me in a crown by leah johnson

any books by alice oseman but ESPECIALLY the heartstopper graphic novels

she’s too pretty to burn by wendy heard

they both die at the end by adam silvera

also all the bright places by jennifer niven and mosquitoland by david arnold, neither are queer but are great anyways

indestructible growing up queer,cuban, and pink in miami by cristyc. Road IS LIKE RLLY RLLY GODODDDD love and pompoms also like a rlly good graphic novel with trans and lesbain rep idk the authorr tho
