I have trypanophobia, claustrophobia, and Nyctophobia (slowly getting over them tho-)

I’m not sure if i have an actual proper phobia, but i’m pretty sure i’m claustrophobic bc i cannot be in spaces where my body can’t move properly (like my legs/arms don’t have enough room to move properly) without panicking and hyperventilating and stuff which is not fun but yea

Gephyrophobia but specifically those big ones over water/seas/oceans and bridges in my dreams, cymophobia (fear of waves), aichmophobia/trynpanophobia (fear of needles or long pointed objects/needles/injections), hypochondria/pathophobia (fear of illness/disease), obesophobia (fear of gaining weight), trypophobia (fear of holes)

of the ones i can think of at least, caulrophobia, astraphobia, hemophobia (questionably? its specifically real/realistic looking blood that isnt my own), basiphobia to an extent, and ligyrophobia- not sure if some of these are phobias or what, but almost every time one of these things is presented to me, i feel physically distressed sO-

i have Gephyrophobia (fear of bridges), in my case it's specifically bridges over water. I can't walk over bridges over water, like i physically can't make myself do it the thought is SO distressing. if i somehow do end up on a bridge, it makes me panic really really badly, i can't think clearly and everything feels awful.
weirdly it's not as bad when i have to cross a bridge while i'm in a car, it still makes me feel panicky, but it's nowhere near as severe.

i have other fears, but none of them r phobia level.

i have a fear of feet wasps being alone and a lack of sleep and those are just my most severe ones (idk the scientific names for them sry)
