Member ranking?

I noticed people have like a member ranking that had pink ribbonish things and I was wondering how to get your member ranking up or whatever you call it 1.gif

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

Don't worry about them because I'm actually getting rid of them soon in favor of a point system. With the new system, the points will go up when you're active on the site: uploading patterns, photos, videos, commenting on things, posting threads etc. As soon as I switch to the new system, I will calculate your points based on your previous activity. On the old system - the pink ribbon things you're talking about - they only go up when you ask / answer threads (questions).
