@BugTheFr0g: I’ve got a mask template feature coded for the new pattern maker, along with mask numbering (the numbers help explain how to thread the beads - one way of doing it anyway). However those features probably won’t be in there right at the start because I need to make sure the basic features are working first.

I’ll let people submit suggestions once the new maker is up. I have a lot of other features partly done that I’m just not launching with.

Here's the deal with pattern approvals: there are some changes I need to make to speed up approvals, but I also need to get the new (beta) pattern maker online before Flash no longer works. If we don't have a somewhat usable new pattern maker up by the end of December, nobody will be able to submit any new patterns until it's up. So that's why my focus has been the pattern maker, and I'm already very behind schedule with it because I've been busy at my job. But I'll see if I can spare a few hours later this week to revamp the process a bit.

I might have to change it so that it's the creator of the pattern who assigns the pattern to a category (rather than the admin), and the pattern won't be approved unless it has a category. I'm not 100% certain that's what I'm going to do yet, but it's a possibility.

We also sometimes crop patterns that have extra space, but we might have to drop that to get them approved quicker.

at this point if you want a patern you just gotta look at the waiting to be voted page tbh

i made a monomi pattern from danganronpa the other day and so did someone else. the other persons monomi got less votes then mine but made it on the first page. idk where mine is
