Where do you guys recommend buying kandi materials for cheap?

Hello! I'm new to making kandi and I'm not sure where would be a good place to buy elastic thread and pony beads for relatively cheap. Where do you guys go to get your materials?

Note: I'm in the US, so if you go to stores that are only in the UK, I won't be able to go there haha!

at some dollar stores (like dollar tree or the 99 cents store) there are random pony beads that arent sorted but they are very cheap! i havent bought any string from a dollar store though but i think some might be in there.

I swear by the fabric covered elastic from Dollar Tree!! I'm personally not a huge fan of stretch magic or any of the plastic stretch cord, I think the fabric is easier to tie and stays together way longer and if u can find some at a dollar tree near u (some have it, some don't) I definitely recommend it! that's all I've been using for years!

Walmart has some pretty good stuff!
you can get a big tub of pony beads for like $8!
I'm Canadian so the price will be a bit different sorry about that

i know this is two days old, but Hobby Lobby, Michaels and every other craft store has really high quality kandi beads of different kinds. usually they're about 1.50 per package, and the elastic string is 3. if you cant or dont want to go out cause of the pandemic, search up "[color] kandi beads" and "thin elastic string" on amazon and filter through "price: lowest to highest".

walmart for sure!!you can look in the craft/art section and they can have presorted beads for around 12 dollar which are really nice!i buy from go create!they have beads and string!i would check the dollar store also because you might find some sorting cases and maybe charms/poney beads!good luck!!
