How would I start a kandi dress?

I wanted to at least attempt to make it, but not quite sure how to get things going.

I think it depends on the kind of stitches you want to involve. Something like this: http://kanditoybox.webnode.com/products/heart-dress-size-large/ I would assume you'd start with a multi-stitch front panel, and add X base to the sides and bottom of it, then keep going- adding or removing the number of beads you see fit for you along the way. Really, it's up to you. happy
