Questions about subliminals (ug & surface)

Howdy folks, it is currently 8:42 and my brain has threatened me with the question of, "Do subliminals actually work?". For those of you who don't know what a subliminal is, in simple terms its when someone purposely hides messages in music containing either positive or negative affirmations, our conscious brain can't process them, but some part up in that little head of ours do. Now, these subliminals can change the way of our thinking. I've tried listening to surface subliminals and would rarely get success (surface subliminals are subliminals by more...popular sub makers). Recently, I've found the ug sub community. Yes, these subliminals are more strange and dangerous (some include get a specific sickness etc), but I try and use ones with positive affirmations only- and so far, I'm actually seeing results.

Have any of you ever tried using subliminals? Have they worked for you? Is there a method for faster results other than boosters and visualization? Do you think that if I were to continue using, i'd see my results?
