How to TIE a Funko Pop onto a cuff?

I need help.

I’m trying to put some Funko Pop figures (one regular sized and one tiny D.va that came with my now broken D.va and Mech Pop) on 3D cuffs. But, I don’t have the proper tools to burn holes into huge toys like those. I was wondering if anyone can give me tips and advice about how to tie them onto the cuff instead?
