Shawna, here's the pattern for it: http://kandipatterns.com/patterns/misc/packers-4759 To make it into a purse you can just make it like a huge cuff then close off the bottom. the straps look like peyote pieces.

@Shawna: Yep, just like Crumpet says. ^_^ Just a big giant cuff that's stitched up at the bottom with a peyote strap and a zipper installed. Super easy and fun! ^_^
