What website or store can I go to to find character/novelty beads or even small buttons for singles and cuffs?

as far as beads i've found some at hobby lobby like the little buddha heads. i bought some skulls.

I would recommend first checking local thrift stores if you have some around you. You can get tons of buttons and other little toys/charms. You could also get already made jewelry and reuse the beads/charms. Beadtin.com has some nice novelty beads AND THEY HAVE DINOSAUR ONES.

Delishbeads.com also has really cute things, but just to warn you, not all are beads and may need to have holes poked in or be tied on. They have a really good selection though, so I recommend checking them out also. I hope I helped <3
