All of the patterns on this site are protected under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License and are for NON-COMMERCIAL use only. This means that you cannot sell the patterns from this site, nor can you sell items made from the patterns for profit (meaning, you can sell as long as you're only charging for supplies and shipping), with exception of generic patterns such as those that feature hearts and stripes (these can be sold freely). You are free to edit the patterns as you wish, but they must still only be used for non-commercial uses only. You are also free to redistribute these patterns to others for free by printing them out, e-mailing them, or sharing them via social networking sites, as long as you give attribution to this site by linking back. Also, you may not redistribute more than 10 patterns at any one time, or through any one medium.

Many of the patterns on this site feature designs that resemble copyrighted characters. By placing the license on these patterns the site owner is not claiming to own the copyright. Rather, she is licensing the arrangement of the beads, and is doing so to make sure that people do not profit from the unauthorized sale of items featuring designs that resemble copyrighted characters. Nothing in this license is intended to reduce, limit, or restrict any rights arising from fair use, first sale or other limitations on the exclusive rights of the copyright owner under copyright law or other applicable laws. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact me saying who you are and identifying your copyrighted content, and the content will be removed as soon as I receive the e-mail.

Some of the patterns on this site were made by someone other than me (Kirsty Forrester). These patterns still fall under this license, although all the rights to the patterns belong to the creator.

Note to sellers: You may be prosecuted for profiting from crafts that feature copyrighted characters, or have your account suspended by etsy, eBay, or similar sites.
