TW: PANIC ATTACK, CRYING, SEPERATION ANXIETY

so I have separation anxiety when it comes to my friends and a lot of my friends arent here so I'm gonna be alone in every class and when this happens it feels like I'm suffocating and ill end up like crying or having a panic attack either in the bathroom or in that specific class especially when I have to partner w someone because everyone but my friends hate me and harass me, and I just can't deal w it today so any tips? The last time I was crying in the bathroom a teacher walked in and I hate that feeling.

maybe you can doodle or color in class on a spare sheet of paper or in a notebook? i liked to keep pencils and colors in my pockets or the side holders of my book bag so i can grab them and put them away fast in case any teachers give me any trouble =) also if you need to talk to anyone just friend/message me and you can vent all you want or we can talk about something else to distract you! =)

but yes, i also agree with others, that maybe this isnt the best place for advice or help?
