Question for systems /gen

how do you know if you’re a system? /gen. I always feel like I’m two people mashed into one, and sometimes we argue, or just talk each other. It’s just me and Julius though, nobody else. Does this sound like a system to you? /gen

@gaythoughtsheadfull: i think it would bc abuse is abuse and no matter what type it can cause trauma but i wouldn't rlly know bc i'm not a medical professional kao cry

i would advise doing some research but not just ok wikipedia bc it's either going to misinform you or tell you very little.

@timaeusTestified: um. Does emotional trauma count? My parents never hit me, and they’ve only thrown things at me once or twice, but yeah. Shits happened.

Totally! That's how it started for me/us with only me and Cheshire. You guys are valid and you don't need to have a lot of alters to be a system. /gen /info

@CoNN13Killz: I think so? It really depends on how I’m feeling. It’s kind of like I switch from Julius -> back depending sometimes when I’m stressed out/overwhelmed or really excited. Any really strong emotions basically
