scopophobia (fear of being stared at)

Atelophobia (fear of not being good enough)

autophobia (fear of not being loved)

emetophobia (fear of v0mit/being sick)

Trypophobia (fear of small holes)

thalassophobia, fear of the ocean.

xenophobia, fear of the unknown

nyctophobia, fear of the dark

autophobia, the fear of being alone (interesting enough, i dont like people but i dont like being alone)

scopophobia, fear of being stared at and being the center of attention

podophobia, fear of feet (this one is weird but feet stress me out, not my own feet but other peoples nasty ass feet)

Mine are:

Thalassophobia - Deep waters/not being able to see the bottom of deep bodies of water

I was actually at camp and i was forcefully shoved into the lake (it was 14 ft deep and murky) and I've had a nighttmare featuring the lake every nightt since

Lilapsophobia - Heavy storms/Tornadoes

Lmao i live in Tornado alley *thumbs up*

Phonophobia - Fear of loud noises

i don't know any of the real names for my fears, but im afraid of

robot voices (especially the "your call has been forwarded to a voice message system" one and the ones that warn your computer about viruses)any sort of computer viruses, pop-ups, or anything out of place seeming on my computer

abandonment the dark (especially from the hours of 3-7 am)

failure or not being good enough, being forgotten or not having a significant impact in life

- cops

- sirens/warning messages (mostly police sirens, tornado warnings, amber alerts)

- lightning/ rly loud thunder

- accidentally coming across a dead body in a suitcase while walking in the woods

- guns

- stalkers

- the feeling of being followed home

- the thought of going to sleep and somebody climbing through my window and watching me sleep

- people who drive slowly while I’m walking on the street

- my s/o one day snapping on somebody and threatening somebody with a razor blade

as u can see i have a lot of t r a u m a *sobs*

you mean besides the fears of everyone I love secretly hating me and only staying nice to me out of pity or to get something, or dying forgotten and alone after everyone I care about has moved on with their life and left me behind sad and alone?
