mine are athazagoraphobia (fear of being forgotten/forgetting)

scopophobia (fear of being stared at)

Atelophobia (fear of not being good enough)

autophobia (fear of not being loved)

emetophobia (fear of v0mit/being sick)

Trypophobia (fear of small holes)

eyes, holes of all spaces and sizes, big crowds, spiders (the fast little ones) and WATER (not all water, just water where i can’t see how deep it is, or if i can’t see my feet )

vehophobia (fear of driving) i'm actually more afraid of being *in* cars or getting in an accident since i cant drive

phonophobia (fear of loud noises) thats the trauma

@eef: i had to call 999 (english 911) for my mum when she brole her ankle. They were incredibly nice, could tell i was panicing and that i was a child and calmed me down to tell them what help we needed. They hung up the call for me when i needed to but couldnt move. I know this will do nothing for your fear, thats not how fears work, but if theres anyone you shouldnt bescared of calling, its them.

you mean besides the fears of everyone I love secretly hating me and only staying nice to me out of pity or to get something, or dying forgotten and alone after everyone I care about has moved on with their life and left me behind sad and alone?

idk the actual names lmfao

- cops

- sirens/warning messages (mostly police sirens, tornado warnings, amber alerts)

- lightning/ rly loud thunder

- accidentally coming across a dead body in a suitcase while walking in the woods

- guns

- stalkers

- the feeling of being followed home

- the thought of going to sleep and somebody climbing through my window and watching me sleep

- people who drive slowly while I’m walking on the street

- my s/o one day snapping on somebody and threatening somebody with a razor blade

as u can see i have a lot of t r a u m a *sobs*
