what do

/gen, /nm, /nf mean and like /pos n stuff mean? You can explain any I didn’t list too. Ik a lot of people use them and I’d like to know lol.

theyre tone tags people use to portray what tone theyre trying to give off! for example, /nm is not mad, /gen is like a genuine statement or question, and /pos is a positive statement. theres a carrd explaining all of them better, but i dont have the link, so i can edit this once i get it-

edit: there were a few, but this one was pretty thourough!

apparently nf means not forced!! I had to search for a while to find it but it definitely makes a lot more sense now

/gen is genuine, /nm is not mad, /nf is not forced, /pos is positive, /neg is negative, /s is sarcastic

there's a lot more but they're called tone tags/indicators and usually help people understand what you're trying to convey over text so they don't misinterpret
