how do i get the courage to make a cuff

im very very new to all of this, i love seeing all the preddy cuff designs but im so worried. i only have cloth string rn like the kinds u use to make friendship bracelets (elastic coming in the mail soon!) can i still make cuffs w that 2.gif? every time i look at tutorials i get so confused abt how to string the beads on after the first row

i used to use fishing line for many of my larger x-base cuffs! it’s okay to use something that isn’t stretchy as long as u make the cuff big enough to fit over your hand. it should work for multistitches (which is what most of the patterns on this website are) as well!

you can make singles, just make sure to not make it tight since the string isnt stretchy big grin
