ok so my friend gave me a binder and i just wanted to know if it's safe

it has clips on the back and it's strapless and the brand is janest

is it safe to wear for around 8 hours at school?

i dont think so, ive heard clips can be dangerous !! stay safe

if you take a break to go to the bathroom and take it off for a sec and stretch a little bit then i think yeah!! just dont wear it for too long after school
