did anyone try and make a perler bead rotating cuff?

uh is it even POSSIBLE to make a rotating cuff with PERLER BEADSSS?? in no then im gonna try it myself smh

do you mean a cuff using perler beads instead of pony beads? i'm sure it's possible. i've never used perler beads for kandi other than putting them onto cuffs made from pony beads, but i've seen people use them for singles!
