long story short my work gives us free food sometimes mostly cakes and i happened to get this cake topper and was wondering what should i do with it/ colors to use to make an epic kandi

good ideas but i think i'll do a bit of both once i get more supplies i think i'll make a purse following the books colors and tie the topper on to the outside so it looks like well epic

well, all i can tell you is that if u want to make the ufo, go to youtube and find cellular mango's tutorial. if thats not what you want to do you could always do a single/doubble/phatty, or a necklace. the good thing about your charm is that it's universal because it has those holes. if that's not what you want, try threading it to a star and putting a pin on the back so it looks like a raver form of katnisse's pin

ok only problem i don't know how to necessarily make ufo kandi the best my first attempt at a 3d cuff was crap and the xbase thing is confusing

you tie it on the ufo, thats what i always do. you got lucky with the topper having holes, you can thread the string through there

thats well and good but what do i do with the cake topper not trying to be mean its just that i need to do something with that topper because that's why i got it to make kandi with it

Well you could go with the option of using all the book cover colors. I would make a ufo and make the inside black and yellow (hunger games) the next layer orange and red (catching Fire) and then the outside blue and white (Mocking Jay). Or you could pick one of those and use it with other colors. Either way it'll look great! Good luck!
