running out of a color i need, string snapping, also just using fishing line in general, its hard to make knots with

Having to use fishing line!

It works so well for a lot of projects but it always gets tangled, knots come undone, etc.!

Tying the knot with the string I use. When I tie it like you start off a shoelace bow, I do it multiple times and it doesn’t stay unless I tie it tight and I don’t want the thing to snap. With the crystal tech cord, I have to use glue to make it stay (I don’t use it often because of this)
