I have to say that RaveReady is a bit sketchy, just on the fact that my friend bought fluffies, and they fell apart before she even got to try them on (when she was taking them out of the box.) Plus, I bought some goggles from RaveReady and they took almost a month and a half just to ship. So I recommend not using them for quick or last minute get togethers.

ebay(with caution), amazon, cyberdog.net (tho they come from the uk and may be extra expensive due to the fat that one pound is 2 american dollars, but they r good quality), iheartraves.com sells light up ones (but use a visa gift card instead of ur real credit card.). out of all of these i don't suggest Amazon, or ebay. Amazon is a rip off for shipping and prices, and ebay is taking a huge risk. u could make ur own but the fabric u need is about $36 a yard, and trying to sew them so that they flare but the seam is in the back is a real pain (been there done that)

I've bought fluffies from Ebay, raveready.com and fantazia.org.uk. I'd be cautious with Ebay, but RaveReady and Fantazia are really good sites, a bit pricey, but so worth it.
