What I do is I get a safety pin (probably not the smartest idea but it works) and I shove the safety pin through the bead I want to thread the string through and then I pull out the safety pin and thread the string through and just add the beads on ^^

If the fuse beads are to melted, just poke a whole with a heated needle (be careful)where the hole should be. Do the same with the other side and put the other end of your string there. Hope that helps(:

I've only put fuse bead creations on necklaces twice, but both times I just poked the string through holes in the piece. it seemed to work well happy but you can't melt it all the way down if you want to do it that way.

before you melt them, take a bead out so u have a hole to pull the string through, but if you forget to do that use a needle or a larger sharp object to poke a hole. wait till its somewhat cool before doing so though, cuz push too hard and u could bend the creation.....been there done that sad
