Do you wear your kandi purses, backpacks, clutches, whatever out in public?

Not meaning kandi bracelets. i never wear a bunch in public. but i do sometimes use my kandi purses. and everytime i do, i recieve wide eyed stares from different people. i'm not saying i mind but if you saw someone with a bright kandi purse, does it send out that vibe "HEY LOOK AT ME IM A RAVER!"? like, that's the vibe i get when i see kids wearing kandi sleeves and fluffies in broad daylight. i have a kandi purse that has a desert pattern, and it's colors and everything just scream SUMMER, and i think it would look so cute. i'm going on vacation soon, and wondering if i should bring it. i know what some of you may think or say, that i should not care what others think, and wear whatever i want, but i can't help but to wonder how i am presenting myself to the world. I made my Batman/Joker purse like a year ago, but I have yet to carry it in public. I don't have a strap for it yet, because the Phattie strap I made for it broke

But I do wear cuffs and the like out in public. Nobody out in eastern PA raves, so usually their response to seeing my kandi things is "i want one make me a bracelet". But it's strange. Almost nobody makes kandi where I live, but all the "Ghetto" kids seem to be obsessed with making things out of perler beads. But about my purse, I was really hoping to carry it to go see the Dark Knight Rises (one of the several times I saw it), but alas, there was no strap for it.

I sometimes wear my kandi plush backpack in public, I get lots of weird looks for it because there's like NO rave scene here and I only know like 2 other people who rave. I have yet to expose my Pikachu bag to the world, but I plan on doing that when I go to an anime con next month. I thought I should cause I'm cosplaying Mew so a Pokemon bag would go with it.

Yes. Its my daily ritual to put on all my kandi before I go out. I feel naked without it.

I always wear my cuffs and carry my bag in public and I've only had someone say something about raves [fellow raver] once or so. Other times, people either stare or flip me off >.>

I always wear cuffs and my purse in public, but I never have people say anything about raves. I get a bunch of complemints from random people, and they ask where they can buy them. I don't think people in my town know that they are popular for raves, but I do not rave, so I wouldn't know if they even wear them here.

I always use my kandi purse in public xD I get stairs too but its cool because sometimes people ask about it and you get tell the about PLUR and raves and kandi and ravers etc... :3 I think you should take it (I know this is late)

I wear my purse everywhere. People will stare but it shows how creative you are.

"KandiKittie": I have a kandi covered back pack that I wear everywhere I'm also almost finished a full kandi bag which just needs a strap...I personally don't think I'll use it unless I'm in full raver clothes...but I'll just have to wait and see...just because it's neon rainbow and Pikachu. yeah my rainbow domo backpack would really stand out. but the purse i usually use, if i feel like wearing a kandi purse, is like a desert patter, and like not too bright colors, so hopefully it's not too much, ya know?
