hello kitty : pink dress and a bow. fake white kitty ears (they sell hello kitty clip in ears at clare's) and drawn on whiskers. misty (pokemon): yellow belly shirt, red tennis shoes, short shorts, any suspenders, spray in orange hair dye and a side pony tail (maybe even a 3d kandi pokeball) May (pokemon): mini skirt, black leggings, gym shoes, fannypack, red t-shirt, red bandanna rainbow brite: basically a girl in a blue dress, a pony tail, and rainbow legwarmers and stripped rainbow sleeves on her arms (basically a typical kandi raver, tho she was a real cartoon)

My best friend and I made Fluttershy and her pet bunny, Angel costumes for a rave. It's really simple. She made a horses tail with a lobster clasp and pink yarn, made a no sew tutu and she made the cutie mark out of felt.

Body- Wear their body color with just regular clothes. Tail-Make a yarn tail.) Power Puff Girls: Bubbles (Wear a blue dress, white tights, and black dress shoes.) Kirby: Kirby (Wear pink clothes and red shoes. Put dark pink blush on.) Tom and Jerry: Tom (Wear a grey dress, white gloves, and white shoes. Draw cat whiskers on with eyeliner.)
