You pixelate the image, get perler beads that are similiar to the colors of the pixelated image, and go for it

LunaPic is a good site to pixelate the image, just google "LunaPic Pixelate" and you upload the image, and it pixelates it for you. Have fun!

She says on her site not to copy her patterns... i wouldn't recommend doing it. Now I've seen on her site that she says not to copy her images. So I will have to delete the image, sorry...

I kno this persons name on instagram is called "dirty catz" I kno she spends alot of time on her masks so I think before copying her work u should ask if u can and maybe she can help u with all the steps she does. (:

If it helps any, I'm pretty sure those teeth are fake nails filed into tooth shapes! Honestly though, that specific design is by Dirty Catz and it would be cool if you could consider supporting her creative business by buying from her directly. Her website is http://www.dirtycatdesigns.com/

well, for making the actual mask portion i would probably copy a cheshire cat mask pattern and modify it to look like that. then I guess I would glue on the fur and teeth? not sure how else to do that tbh hope that helps! and post a picture when you're done, would love to see the result!
