party city and walmart holiday aisles may have gloves and socks in bright colors or fishnets. Halloween is also a great time to find stuft, and sometimes they put the leftovers after the holiday on clearance or at goodwill for super cheap

Seconding thrifting and modifying, find things in the colors or patterns you want, layer them, rip holes in them, add safety pins, splatter or brush on fabric paint, add patches if you can sew or iron on, pop can tabs can be sewn on or made into jewelry

Tons of colorful or cute jewelry from claire's or the kid's section of stores like target. Combine as many as you can to make them seem more scene

Hot topic if you have accesss, or if you use online resale apps a lot of people resell hot topic clothes on there

well first i would probably sugegst cutting ur hair but 2 get clothes and acessories probaly hot topci nd maybe thrifting? im sure a lot of former scene kids dump their sstuff there
