basically, u read it left to right (may have to rotate the pattern), start from the longest part (typically the middle, and use the peyote stitch! (if u didnt understand how 2 do the stitch, basically, u put a bead on each end of the string, then both ends in one bead, then repeat until desired length.) once at the end of that segment, u tie off and then continue upwards or downwards on the pattern's rows. its read straight, no like moving a bead or four over if its at a certain number or anythin lawl.for clarifications sake: you do not tie off at every single end point! just at the very first part and the very last part when ur done lawol

when u have to add a bead at the end/start of a row and it doesnt just slot on in there, heres what u do:

you go through at the first arrow, add a bead, then continue with the second arrows path. it might be a little wobbly, thats ok! it'll straighten out as more rows are added and will look normal after its done, i promise.

sometimes for charms u may have to make parts separately then attach afterwards if widths are super varied, but this isn't too common i don't think... is always an option though!

does that help at all? mask tutorials wld probably a good one to watch like uzi said lawl

@mu5r000m: Im sorry I can't explain it properly T-T but you mentioned that gave me an idea. Look for a tut on kandi masks. trust me on this, it explains kinda how they get made, like starting from the middle instead of top/bottom. I used Giner Cand-e's tut for that. Lemme know if you have any problems after that :3

oooh uhhh theres a short video by Kandi Toybox Beaded Tutorial on yt that kinda explains it. but uhh basically you start on the longest part of the pattern from left to right. you kinda do a multi stitch on either end to fill out the top and bottom parts. this is such a bad explanation but you don't start from the top or bottom, but just where it's the longest, and form the top and bottom from that. i like Mood Kandi's peyote tutorial but it doesn't really go into charms themselves, just how to do both even and odd peyotes. shrug
