i would look up "blinkies and stamps" and look for neocities. there are a few websites that are like little sticker books full of them. happy

Pixel graphics, pixel decorations, GIF decorations. etc. A good place to grab some is GifCities (https://gifcities.org) with the search phrase "tiny" or whatever theme you're looking for. Do note that this site doesn't distinguish between explicit (e.g. swearing, ) and non-explicit GIFs and there isn't any other way to filter beyond the key word.

Some other sites I like looking for graphics on include:
Bonnibel's collection (https://graphic.neocities.org/directory)
Gillyboo's graphics (archive) (https://web.archive.org/web/20091027133806/http://...)
99GIF shop (https://99gifshop.neocities.org/)

and you can always browse Neocities pages for graphic collection pages, and spider through the sites those pages link to for more.

what I'd do is look up cute old web graphics because that's usually how I get stamps and blinkies :3
