1 wearing them and being the most overdressed person in the room plus armour just saying

2 THIN GOOD ELASTIC! Get the fabric covered stuff and start small

3 ~27 for me but find what fits you

4 go to craft/fabric stores not the most bulk but still

5 check each bead before you put it on start left to right the on the second line right to left ect till the end of the pattern. You're going to make mistakes fix them if you can if you can't the only person noticing is you.

6 idk I don't sell

7 yt tutorials for charms eg lizards, stars, pumpkins there fun and you can add them to hair clips, keyrings or make them into rings

Hope this helps!

1. its literally just for fun lol!! the super big ones are just fun to make for me, i like challenging myself! the small normal x-base cuffs are actually wearable lol

2. cuffs take a LOONG TIME!! my rainbow domo cuff took about 3 hours!

3. i have a small wrist and i use about 28!

4. instead of buying bulk beads, just get kits! i like the one from the beadery on amazon, comes with normal, glitter, and metallic beads in pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. lots of kits replace red with pink lol! youll get used to it

5. on the site go to tutorials and press "How to read kandi patterns", its also on youtube

6. matters on what theyre making! i dont buy kandi so im not sure

7. yes! on yt theres octopus, gloves, purses, and more!!

for number 1 pretty sure people use to trade cool stuff

Feb 13, 2024 12:23 pm

1. I just like making them because they look cool and would be awesome to trade

2. It gets easier the more you make them, at least for me it’s kinda relaxing like how some people think knitting is relaxing

3. It really depends, I make them small because I have small wrists and I use very stretchy string, but you can buy one of those bracelet boards (idk what they're called actually but they have an indent the size of a bracelet so you can make them the same every time)

4. I buy from beadtin they sell 500 bead bags for a few dollars each plus shipping. Wide variety too not just regular ponys

5. I download the pattern and mark off each bead with a highlighter brush as I place it on (this can also be done irl with a real highlighter)

6. I price based on materials, time, and complexity like say I buy 500 beads in 2 colors for (rounding up here for simplicity) and I use 200 beads of one and 300 beads of the other, I would price the materials on that cuff as 3 dollars (500 beads total = $3). then there’s my time. For a small cuff without a complex pattern say a 6 row multistitch with simple stripes I’d charge around 5 dollars probably. Then I combine the materials and time/complexity cost to get the base price. Then comes if you want to charge for shipping or you’re selling somewhere that takes a cut of your profits you adjust for that. A simpler way is to multiply your materials cost by 3 and be done with it lol

7. Flat charms, kandi lollipop, kandi 3D cupcake, I think I’ve seen a turtle and a penguin before? There are lots if you just look up kandi tutorial on YouTube.

I hope this helps. Feel free to dm me if I need to clarify anything wink

1- not sure what the point of cuffs r but they look cool big grin

2- i have no idea, ive never made any big cuffs like ufo and stuff but ive made peyote cuffs yby hand, it hurts after a bit tho crying most ppl use like a plastic needle thingy thing tho

3- most people say 30 but i reccomend experimenting by like adding a coupl of beads and measuring it around ur wrist, etc

4- idk,,i get mine from craft stores but people would prob say from beadtin

5- to follow peyote patterns you go from the bottom left then work up to the top left, turn around, then go back down. you repeat that until ur done, and for multistitch, if the pattern has the numbers enabled, you start from the bottom by applying the beads labeled 1 then stitch through with the beads that say 2, and so on. idk its hard to explain cryingcrying

6- i have no idea, but i had a friend that made custom clay bead bracelets for $3 if that helps

7- theres patterns for charms which i think can get easy once you get the hang of it, other then that im not sure

glad to help if i did, & welcome to the community happy

Answering a few questions, can't answer all of them well so sorry:

BUY BEADS OFF OF BEADTIN. Just trust me they have a huge variety and you can by a bunch at a time for the cheap price that plastic beads should be. There's a tutorial on how to follow patterns on this site, it looks complicated at first but once you understand what you are doing after like the first row, it's not bad and it's just basically repeating around (if you're making a cuff). Yes, you can find patterns for simple kandi. There are a lot of charm patterns on here that you could put on a necklace, and also perler bead patterns which are super easy to follow + make. I can't really help much with selling, I don't sell my kandi and I see a huge variety of prices, but normally its between $2-6 for singles depending on what type of beads you use probably. For bigger cuffs I've seen so much variety in prices because there are so many different types of cuffs and just a lot you can do.

I hope this helpsbeating heart Sorry if not, I'm awful at explaining.
