there's loads on glitter-graphics. if you're on tumblr you can also search "#favicons" for similar gifs (careful if you're sensitive to flashing lights)

i'm pretty sure they're a little too varied to be anything in particular other than decorative graphics... maybe check out gifcities if you're looking for more? shrug
however, <- these are just generic kaoanis! and <- these are kolobok smilies!
