ummmmmm doez anyone elze like really indugle in DID/zyztem ztuff when in denial and try to interact with az much az you can az a way to help? or am i being weird and excezzive? cuz idk what elze to do, but i dont wanna be overbearing:/

I have no idea what this even means. Engage like w/ your system and do journalling? I do that whenever I feel like it (and am able to, sometimes it's all blurry).
I'm also pretty much past the denial phase. It takes a lot to get used to it but it's worth it when you get there.

i do the same thing , as the host of the system i feel like i have to be constantly indulged in it when im in denial -vince
