How do you make a picture into a perler pattern?

my first thought was exactly what the commenter below said, but you could also just recreate the image in pixel art if you know how rainbowsmile just pixelizing the image would be a lot easier but you could always learn/teach yourself how to draw pixel art!

Im not sure if it'll work 100% but when I make album cover patterns I pixilate the image then try to figure out the grid numbers and from there use the maker website lol then its basically just matching up colors and pixel placement
